As a follow up to the earlier letter captioned as above on the University GMAIL account and dated April 13, I write to solicit for the Maximum cooperation of all and sundry in the University Community in this regard towards achieving a hitch free, peaceful and highly successful convocation and graduation ceremony. We appeal for your understanding and cooperation in the spelt out regards...The various organs of the National security as well as the University security personnel have been detailed to assist in the achievement of strict adherence to/enforcement of the stipulated arrangements. Kindly accept the assurrance of the Security Unit's highest regards...
